Rules and Regulations

All persons entering Al Wadi Resort do so at their own risk. Al Wadi Resort will not accept any consequential responsibility or liability for any injury, loss, fatality or damage what so ever caused to any person or property. When you accept your day pass and enter Al Wadi Resort you accept all financial responsibilities and release A Wadi Resort and its staff of all liabilities.

DRESS CODE AND CODE OF CONDUCT

  • All guests must wear appropriate clothing when using any of Al Wadi Resort Facilities.
  • Kindly retain your wristband throughout the day until exiting the resort.
  • Full clothing is not allowed on the rides and in pools.
  • Traditional swim wear is required, No long pants or cut-off shorts.
  • No provocative or thong swimsuits, clothing with rivets, buckles, belts or metal ornaments.
  • Guests are required to shower prior to entering the pools.
  • Children who are not toilet trained or have difficulty getting to the rest room in time to prevent an accident must wear a swim diaper (specific for pool use). Swim diapers are available for purchase in the water park gift shop.
  • Changing rooms and lockers are provided free of charge, please make use of them; do not bring your valuables into the resort.
  • Guests shall abide by the laws and customs of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
  • Guests must not contravene health standards and safety rules at the resort.
  • Violations of ride rules or breaking the lines at rides are both grounds for expulsion from the Resort.
  • No running or horse play allowed in the Resort.
  • Food, Drink and Picnic hampers may not be brought into the resort.
  • Pets are not permitted into the resort.

FOR YOUR SAFETY

  • All rides and attractions have various restrictions of height, age or physical limitations. Read all instructions/signage prior to beginning the ride.
  • Personally owned tubes or rafts are not allowed in the Resort. Tubes are provided at no extra charge.
  • Children under 12 years of age must be supervised by their guardians.
  • Rules and regulations displayed at various locations in the Resort, and instructions given by lifeguards, security guards, management staff, must be followed.
  • The management could shut down the attractions without prior notice in the event of unsafe conditions.
  • Al Wadi Resort reserves the right to physical inspection of any items carried into or out of the Resort.
  • The management has the authority to implement and enforce rules that are more stringent or that supplement those listed here. Persons violating rules & regulations will be subject to eviction from the resort without a refund.
  • Al Wadi Resort reserves the right to add rules as deemed necessary.
